1. Confidentiality: All information submitted by the carrier to Freight Bot shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the carrier's express written consent. Freight Bot agrees to take reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of the carrier's information.
2. Use of Carrier Information: The carrier agrees to allow Freight Bot to display their freight pricing on the website, without revealing their carrier name. Freight Bot shall only use the carrier's information for the purpose of providing pricing information to its customers.
3. Accuracy of Information: The carrier represents and warrants that all information submitted to Freight Bot is accurate and complete. The carrier agrees to promptly update Freight Bot of any changes to their pricing or services.
4. Indemnification: The carrier agrees to indemnify and hold Freight Bot harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the carrier's information or services.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
